Lazy blue

This was my outfit for Sunday, very simple and casual, a blazer from my mom closet, mix with a vibrant blue blouse, and yes it was also my mom’s, right now I love to experiment with mixing colors, my mom used to tell me never go out with more than 3 solid colors or else you will look like a clown, but I just go for it, if it doesn’t work I will learn my lesson.

Get inspired by: Rain?

Right now it’s about to start rain season where I live, and I can’t wait, sleep with that relaxing sound, wake up with the rain smell coming from the backyard, see the ocean so peaceful, cloudy skies in the morning and by noon the sun shines even more beautiful than other days, the extreme hot weather is tamed, and have long walks with the loved one, or car rides also works ( Imagine me making dreamy eyes and a sweet smile), and probably is not as glamourous as seen in movies, cars could wet you, your shoes get ruined, hair gets frizzy, make up goes down, but I guess sometimes the most lovely things have a down side.

I'm back

I’m back on doing what I love and that is illustrations, I leave it for a couple of months, My hand just couldn’t do it, hate when this happens, thankfully its over, First start with a blank piece of paper then making some lines and then a new character is born, usually I create stories behind my illustrations or get inspiration from real people, this one was inspired on the look by my boyfriend, happy, furry cat with glasses, a little nerd and really cute, it’s summer so I know he would love to have summer school.

Let's try a little

Fashion is a box full of surprises, sometimes you pull out things that you would never think on wearing, and maybe they will work or not really, but is always fun to try new things out of this wonderful thing called fashion.

Animal print is my unexpected surprise at least for me in small portions is cute, but in large areas of my look is a bit uncomfortable, until I found this skirt and realize that animal print doesn’t have to be always a screaming piece, it could be a different twist into an everyday outfit.

Shopping is fun

I’m not very good at online shopping but thankfully there is a group people that make great websites where you save money time and give great shopping opportunities. A young group of design students made a new website that launches today named ObviLux (and if you are like me you want to know why that name and the answer is simple but very effective “obvious, luxuries”.),where you could share great pieces and deals from different brands with all your friend and other people around the world and get to see what people are finding online, and because shopping and sharing is something that they support you could get a title for those ones that are true lovers of an specific brand name the “Store Ambassadors”, and get even more great deals, but if you want to know more go to ObviLux and get to know this great social shopping community, Im sure you are going to love it.

Black, Vintage and love for shoes

Vintage clothes are my love, pieces with flowy fabrics and lacey details, those kinds are my favorite, but wait a minute if the piece is black, I can’t wait to try it on, I need to see it on me and that’s what happened with this dress, was love at first sight, simple with a romantic feel, perfect for a casual date with my boyfriend.

And I could say that black is my color to go, when is time to dress, I just think with my black hair it complements the clothes really well, and black wedges are a must in any weardrobe don't you think?.
